3. How campaign visibility works
Campaign owners may create campaigns and application links that can be shared publicly or privately. Creator applications submitted to a campaign are intended to be visible to the campaign owner and authorized users connected to that campaign.
ClearCollab does not make private applicant lists, internal notes, or shortlists publicly visible unless a feature specifically allows sharing and the campaign owner chooses to use it.
4. Public creator profiles and portfolio pages
Creators may create profile or portfolio pages. Some profile or portfolio information may be visible publicly if the creator chooses to publish or share it. Creators should avoid adding information they do not want publicly visible.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information in the following limited situations:
- With campaign owners when a creator applies to a campaign
- With users or teams authorized to access a campaign workspace
- With service providers who help us operate the platform, such as hosting, storage, email, analytics, or security providers
- When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of ClearCollab, users, or others
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets
6. Agency and brand privacy
ClearCollab is designed to help brands and agencies organize campaign workflows. Campaign applicant lists, internal notes, shortlists, and review statuses are intended to stay within the relevant campaign workspace and are not publicly listed by default.
ClearCollab does not claim ownership over an agency’s creator relationships. Agencies and brands remain responsible for their own creator communications, selections, agreements, payments, and campaign execution.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep users logged in, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and protect the platform. Users can manage cookies through their browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
